Friends of the Florida Historical Society invites anyone with an interest in history to join us in this newly-formed Friends organization. For more information on the Friends, stop by the Library of Florida History, 435 Brevard Avenue--- in the heart of Cocoa Village. Scheduled meetings with refreshments and speakers will resume in the Fall 2007 (fall schedule will be posted at a later date). Your participation is welcome at whatever level suits your interests: as a Member, participating in bus trips and other planned activities; as a volunteer at the Library, or working with one of the committees, or you may want to take the opportunity for a leadership role which this new organization offers. Come talk to us! The Friends will resume monthly meetings in the Fall
